cup ketchup

mustard

cup packed brown sugar

Dash of Worcestershire
sauce

teaspoon chili powder
Pinch of cayenne
pepper
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1. In small bowl, combine oil, thyme, rosemary, garlic,
pepper, salt and cayenne. Rub over filets.

Prepare grill to medium heat. Place steaks on grill.
3.
Grill, turning once, 16-20 minutes or until desired
doneness is reached (145°F for medium-rare; 160°F
for medium).

1. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring
the mixture to a boil over high heat.
2.
Allow sauce to cook at a rolling boil, stirring occasionally,
for 3-4 minutes until the sauce is reduced by 1/3.

Remove the sauce from the stove and season with
salt and pepper.
